For sale: Used Manley 315 caramelizer (also called a cooker coater) for making caramel corn and nut brittles. I bought this piece of equipment in 1994 when I opened my business, but it was not used more than a handful of times after that, as I closed the business. It makes 18 pounds of caramel corn per batch, and is considered to be the best workhorse in the industry. Make me an offer.

Dunbar electric copper kettle for smaller (4 1/2 pound) batches of caramel corn. This is the kind of equipment used at caramel corn stands on the Jersey Shore and elsewhere.
