Here's some facts about our mix:


Five Pounds of mix makes exactly One Gallon of ready to use mix, just add water, and mix.

Each gallon of mix yields about 24 funnel cakes, using 8 inch rings. If you use 6 inch rings, about 40 funnel cakes. You can get up to 35  8 inch cakes per gallon, but they aren't the quality we produce in our locations that brings them back. We recommend not going over 27 per gallon.

After mixing, mix will store refrigerated for up to 7 days, without losing any qualities.

Mix is formulated to be fried in Low Fat content frying oils with minimal oil absorption rate. Gives an almost dry cake quality.

Mix contains ingredients to enhance the aroma while frying, while retaining the unique flavor in the finished product.
