This applies to full case or more orders, not any less than a full case. Less amounts MUST be ordered using our shopping cart. No exceptions. 3. If we accept a check, money order, or cashiers check of any sort as payment, your order will be delayed until that check clears our account here in Gatlinburg, which can be up to 10 days delay in shipping. This is not our policy, it is our banks policy. NOTE: ANY CHECK RETURNED TO US BECAUSE OF INSUFFICIENT FUNDS OR ANY OTHER REASON WILL BE SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL 50 DOLLAR FEE EACH TIME IT'S RETURNED. AFTER 2 TIMES OF NOT BEING HONORED, WE AUTOMATICALLY TURN IT OVER TO THE PROPER AUTHORITIES AS A FRAUDULENT CHECK AND YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AND ALL RECOVERY AND COURT COSTS IN ADDITION TO ORIGINAL AMOUNT AND THE RETURNED CHECK CHARGE.
