If you are a customer outside the continental United States there are some different procedures that must be followed in order for us to supply mix to you.

We have customers world wide and there is no problem shipping to most countries in the world, but here's some of the requirements to facilitate shipments overseas.

We want to help you as much as possible to understand the export and import requirements for our mix.

Our mix is manufactured under strict requirements and control of the USDA and Federal Food and Drug Administration Regulations. We provide documentation concerning USDA and FDA export approval of our product.

Our mix contains NO pork or pork by products, nor does the manufacturing facility have any those products on the premises. We are not certified Kosher, but our mix meets all requirements to be certified as a Kosher product.

Our mix contains egg and non-fat dry milk ingredients that pose a special problem for some countries around the world. All ingredients used in our mix meet certification of USDA and FDA requirements, which is the world standard in most cases.

Some countries require documentation from the Embassy of your country here in the United States. This can be a time consuming process on the first shipment to you.

The first shipment to a new country takes more time in getting all documentation required. After the first shipment, the process is usually very quick.

There are additional fees associated with some documentation required for shipments outside the United States. You are responsible for those fees. They are, but not limited to, Consular fees, State Department fees, Laboratory Analysis Fees.

We will assist you in anyway possible to accomplish all requirements that must be met. The time frame for getting all documentation varies from a few days to several months, depending on your country and their speed in processing the documentation.
