I have FOR SALE a 1993 Cheverolet Step Van. This Truck is a ROLLING KITCHEN on wheels. The TRUCK has 350 V-8 Cheverolet engine. This engine has 67,000 miles on it. The truck has power steering; automatic transmission; a 15000 BTU RV TYPE (CARRIER) ROOF MOUNTED A/C with a heat strip for heat in the winter. This unit was put together in APRIL and MAY of 2004.The TRUCK body is all ALUMINUM and is made by UTILIMASTER VAN COMPANY. The TRUCK is fully insulated with styrofoam, sealed with plywood and covered with WHITE FIBERGLASS REINFORCED PANELING that is installed in many high dollar KITCHENS and BATHROOMS. The paneling is not affected by grease and is very easy to keep clean. The floor covering in the TRUCK is a black/white checkerboard vinyl. I am going to list some of the EQUIPMENT that is on board.
1- There is a 36 inch AMERICAN RANGE with oven;24X24 inch GRIDDLE ; with 2 burners and was purchased new in may 2004,

Autonomous Operation
Electrical System / Refrigeration System has onboard dual Battery Bank provides Power to Inverter that converts the 12 Volt to 120 Volt to Run Refrigerator. Plumbing system is specifically Engineered for the Modular Outdoor Kitchen to provide hot & cold running water under pressure. Utilizing a 42 Gallon FDA Approved Pressure Tank an Air Separation Bladder. Initial Charging system with water is from Municipal water system. The onboard compressor inflates bladder to maintain constant water pressure. The Compressor is controlled by water pressure switch with on off cycle 30-50 PSI to provide a Constant stream of water pressure. Onboard Water heater consist of a Dual chamber Aluminum Heat exchanger. Chamber 1 heats water chamber 2 stores heated water for use. A a thermal expansion tank that acts as storage as water volume increases from being heated. A T&P Safety relief Valve is built into system vents under Mobile Unit. The sink area consist of 4 basins to meet high Sanitation Standards, Dual Faucets with hot & cold Controls to service sink area.
Cooking Systems
Traditional Offset Smoker Design with propane with separate smoker & Grill Burner. For either direct grilling or slow BBQ Smoking. Cast Iron Smoker Pan. Can be removed & Burner used as cooking additional Burner.
Vertical Tower Smoker 4 adjustable oven-style, chrome-plated cooking grids, over 840 total square inches can handle 60 Pounds of meat at one time. Also Can be configured to Hang meat with 9,216 cubic inches of cooking capacity.

This is a 7 1/2' x 21 1/2' tandem axle enclosed corn roaster.
Built in 2001 to meet health codes.
This concession trailer has a built in 4 rack propane corn roaster capable of roasting 80 ears of corn in 20 min.
If corns not your style, roaster can also cook turkey legs, baked potatoes, and sweet potatoes.
Trailer is equipped with a 3 compartment commercial stainless steel sink and 1 stainless steel hand washing sink. Sinks have hot and cold water capability with a water heater and 35 gal water storage on board.
Trailer has 360 degree screened in sides with sliding serving window located on the end of trailer. All windows can be closed off with locking covers.
Walk through side door, overhead fluorescent lighting, vinyl flooring, laminated enclosed cabinets, trailer is fountain drink ready but dispenser in pics not included.
You also get 2-50 lb propane tanks
