Here are actual pictures of how we use the table top set up for events where we can't get 220 electric, yet isn't a big enough event to use our large gas fryer. We will use this set up if we estimate the event to do less than $1500.00 per day in cake sales. This should give you enough different angles to get a good idea of how we set this up.
