OUR RETURN POLICYANY PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM THE FUNNEL CAKE COMPANY ARE THE HIGHEST STANDARD PRODUCTS AVAILABLE. OVER THE PAST 15 YEARS OF USING UPS, WE HAVE HAD ALMOST NO PROBLEMS. LESS THAN 1 TENTH OF ONE PERCENT OF OUR THOUSANDS OF SHIPMENTS HAVE BEEN DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT. TO DATE WE HAVE HAD ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS IN ANY STATE EXCEPT CALIFORNIA. IF YOU LIVE IN CALIFORNIA YOUR CHANCES OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS FROM US IS NEARLY DOUBLE THE CHANCE OF ANY OTHER STATE. WE HAVE NO IDEA WHY, BUT IT'S SIMPLY A FACT IN OUR EXPERIENCE. SHOULD YOU ENCOUNTER A PROBLEM OUT OF THE ORDINARY, WE WILL REFUND THE PRICE YOU PAID (MINUS ANY SHIPPING COSTS YOU PAID) FOR THE PRODUCT IF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE MET: 1. IN MIX SALES, WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS ON UNOPENED CASES OF MIX. THEY MUST HAVE NOT BEEN OPENED, TORN, OR DAMAGED IN ANY WAY TO BE RETURNED. IF YOU DECIDE YOU DON'T WANT THE SHIPMENT AT ALL DUE TO CHANGING YOUR MIND, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ALSO. b. WE WILL PROVIDE YOU A COPY OF THOSE RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES WE ARE CHARGED WHEN WE ISSUE YOUR REFUND. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS IN SHIPMENTS. ALL ORDERS ARE NORMALLY PROCESSED AND SHIPPED WITHIN 24 HOURS, BUT MAY BE DELAYED BY CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL.
